Beautiful and nice accommodation with magnificent setting short walk to many restaurants and Starbucks and the allegheny springs resort. Amicable and very very helpful staff all over the place. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

The proximity to Ballhooter Ski Lift, being just a 10-15 minute walk away, and the fact that it's located right on the mountain made it really convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the slopes of the Snowshoe Mountain ski resort. The room was spacious and had a lovely log cabin feel. We loved having a little kitchen where we could cook our own meals, and it was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and we also enjoyed the indoor sauna and fitness room. The staff were very helpful and parking was easy. The Village was beautifully maintained.

The complimentary 3-day passes for ski lift and lake activities were a pleasant surprise. The heated pool provided a nice relaxation option. Free long distance calling was a thoughtful touch for those without cell service. The room, accurately depicted in photos, was convenient with a kitchen and slopeside location. The locker in the basement was useful for storing skis and snowboards.

The staff here were excellent and gave us great tips, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere for our stay, having lunch at the attached restaurant.
